The software is specially designed to provide a user-friendly environment for people who may not be computer literate. Moving through forms and selecting data is a very easy task that enables reps to record call data quickly, easily, and reliably.

With a Pocket PC and Binary-MobileRep, reps can use their waiting time between calls to record comments, look up information about a doctor or schedule subsequent calls. They do not waste time waiting for their notebook to boot up and of course they do not have to hide behind a screen during a call. Moreover, a Pocket PC gives the rep immediate access to a doctor’s record without creating the sense that the doctor is under “surveillance”.

At the end of the day (or even after every call) all call data are transmitted electronically via the Internet to the central computer of the company. The transmission can be done via a dial-up modem connection, GPRS, a mobile phone with a bluetooth facility or a Pocket PC Phone edition that functions like a standard mobile phone.
